Tom is an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in non-clinical health services management. He has led business operations within private sector psychological services, overseeing practice management functions across a diverse range of specialties including mental health and wellbeing, acquired brain injury assessment and treatment, psychological trauma, neuropsychological rehabilitation, neurodevelopmental disorders, and long-term health conditions. 

Tom holds qualifications in Teaching, Primary Care & Health Management, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.  He is a registered member of the Institute of Health & Social Care Management.

With extensive experience in the sector, Tom oversees the day-to-day business operations practices, ensuring effective service delivery.

Tom has been assessed as a Demographic/Participative Leader.
